A Really Easy Treat

I made a no-brainer sweet, salty, crunchy, smooth, color-coordinated snack for our New Year’s Eve party.

I started with a bag of short honey wheat pretzel sticks.

Then I melted white chocolate in a double boiler.

White chocolate chips melt into a smooth creamy substance.

I found it easy to dip a large spoon into the chocolate and roll one end of the pretzel in the chocolate on the spoon.

I realized, after sugaring the pretzel sticks, I could have used much less sugar.

While the chocolate was still tacky I sprinkled it with blue and green sugar.

Let the pretzels dry on wax paper and store in an airtight container.

Unfortunately these are quite addictive.
