My Latest Home Remedy

I have lots of annoying ailments, nothing serious just annoying (like my nose is stopped up when I get up in the morning or my joints are stiff).

After reading tons of literature with anecdotal information I have decided that, in addition to drinking more water, I should add 3 regular components to my diet:

Cinnamon and local honey

  • coconut oil
  • local honey
  • cinnamon.

So I mix equal parts (about a tablespoon of each) of softened coconut oil and honey. Then I sprinkle in some cinnamon and stir it all together. It doesn’t taste too bad.

Coconut oil is solid at room temperature.

I spread it on a piece of 100% whole grain toast in the morning.

Coconut oil, honey and cinnamon mixture is good on toast or an English muffin.

I’ll report on my brain, joint and breathing improvements (if any) after using it for the ensuing month.
