My plans for the weekend were as follows:
1. Clean up the boxes in the corner of the laundry room.
2. Cover the outlets in the laundry room.
3. Clean up the mess in the upstairs hall of which I didn’t get a picture. I guess that gives a hint as to the progress I made.
4. Hang the stained-glass window in the upstairs hall somewhere else.

Stained glass window hanging in the hall window.
5. Pack up and discard one box of stuff from the attic.
The fruition of my plans follows:
1. Clean up the boxes in the corner of the laundry room.

Instead of the corner in #1 above I chose a different corner and cleaned it out. Before on the left and after on the right.
2. Cover the outlets in the laundry room.
3. Clean up the mess in the upstairs hall. No progress.
4. Hang the stained-glass window somewhere else.

The stained glass window is now hanging in the pink bedroom.
5. Pack up and discard one box of stuff from the attic.
I could look at it as half full and say it’s a start (not a good start, mind you) or wonder how I’m ever going to get everything finished.
Is your glass half-full or half-empty?
